Wind energy is the one that is responsible in capturing natural wind in the atmosphere and converting it into mechanical energy and electricity. - It provides cheap, reliable, and steady and is a very great source of energy.

Disadvantages of Wind Energy
- The generating wind turbines can cause too much noise.
- The manufacturing of wind turbines somehow can cause some pollution.
- The wind’s strength sometimes is not constant, that is why it does not produce the same amount of electricity, and sometimes there is no electricity that is produced.
- The construction of the wind turbine is expensive.
- The wind power that is produced is so low that it cannot actually support a wind turbine and wind farm.
- The large utility of wind turbines can have negative effects on some of the migratory birds.
- The utility of wind turbines can disturb some of the home owners that are near on it, because sometimes it can interfere with the signal of the television and other gadgets.
- In installing wind turbines there is a need to dig deep into the underground which can result into negative effects on some of the habitats that is located underground.
Wind energy has been a very useful form of energy because of its safe and clean effect, but sometimes because of the low energy that it brings that some rather choose to use those other energy sources. But even though it has only a low amount of energy that is produced, many are still using it because it is only one of the renewable resources that do not have any harmful effects to health of many people.
